  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all price tags and brand labels are attached and the invoice is included.

  Courier Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our shipping partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the parcel.

  Quality Check & Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the item condition, your exchange will be dispatched or your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
